As stated in the repository (Zeta23/Final.lean, section ThreeHyp), the three hypotheses enter as section variables: the literature explicit formula EF.EF_lit, Riemann–von Mangoldt, and the -facts package; the uploaded standalone statement displays only the conclusion. The proof assembles the paper input package PaperInputs.of_three and applies thmA_cumulative_of_traces with the proved traces theorem PrimeSide.thm_traces.
It is consumed by Zeta23.thmA0_cumulative, the fully unconditional cumulative Theorem A, after the three hypotheses are discharged (RvM and -facts are proved in the repository, and the explicit formula is WeilEF.EF_lit_zetaZeroConfig).
